Meet Timil

I’m a Tennessee-born, Black Austin-bred caregiver, coach, and creative strategist, with a crystal clear channel.

What that means for you, is that I’m equipped to serve people who face complex leadership challenges, make decisions that impact others, and are devoted to developing and protecting a strong sense of Self in their pursuit of personal fulfillment.

My calling is to create and hold containers for leaders doing the work of community building, care, and healing.

Timil’s Bio

Timil (she/they) is the Founding Spiritual Director of the overflo, a healing artist, coach and storyteller. Their holistic approach catalyzes lasting change and provides tools for alignment, impact, and transformation. They guide and facilitate our Leadership Circle.

Timil comes from a multi-generational lineage of prophetic dreamers and storytellers. A highly-sensitive person since birth, Timil’s earliest experiences of expansive consciousness were activated through Love for others. Her foundational knowledge of God and the Holy Spirit came from her family’s Christian faith tradition, the church of Christ.

Timil began to know God more intimately through self-guided meditative experiences, encounters with Divine grace, multi-dimensional and heavenly beings, and vivid remembering of past lifetimes and timelines. Shortly after Timil’s claircognizant gifts came online, she was called to study and train in Inner Sun Alchemy’s Lightworker Incubator, led by Jynnette Lewis. Timil is also a Level III Master Teacher in the Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki tradition in the lineage of Reiki Master Shayla Herndon-Edmunds. With these spiritual giftings, she provides Spiritual Direction and holds containers for leaders of service.

    Edna Bempong (she/her) is a Founding Member of the overflo and a Spiritualist deeply connected the work of the overflo. She is committed to guiding and aligning our work with ancestral intelligence and wisdom. Her work as an Event and Wedding Coach has helped families establish their unions in peace, clarity and harmony.

    Ugonna Ibe is a Founding Member of the overflo and a devotee of Arts and Culture in Nigeria and the Diaspora. She is the founder and curator of Yenwa Gallery in Lagos and an environmental scientist with a heart for Earth and people.

    Atiya Bloom is the co-founder of Keswick Health and the creator of Luna Blooms. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness coach, she guides clients who want lasting relief and a deeper understanding of their health through nutrition, movement, and herbal care. She turns care into a clear plan of action, helping clients make real changes they can feel and sustain. Her creative work and oracle decks have also affirmed thousands of people across the globe.     Shana Woodard Graves (she/her) is a Founding Member of the overflo. Her work in community is dedicated to grassroots political and economic change. Her extensive experience in policy in both the non-profit and public sector serves to support infrastructural integrity across institutional size.
